The FY! Team would like to invite you to our debut show on Saturday, May 12th, 2012. If you live in the New York City area, we would love for you to attend and see FY-Langes as a fully finished installation.

FY-Langes will be located on the front south lawn of Avery Hall. Don’t worry, you won’t be able to miss it. The EOYS is a free event and open to the public.
If you plan on attending the EOYS, please send an email to fy@fylanges.com with the subject line “EOYS Attendee” and tell us when you’ll be arriving. The entire FY! Team would love to chat with you and show you around. At least a few of our 10 member team will be hovering around FY-Langes the entire evening, so feel free to ask around and you’ll no doubt run into one of us.

We here at FY-Langes HQ have been working constantly to get FY-Langes ready for the End of Year Show on May 12th. Below are a fun set of photos to show y’all where we’re at…
Each of the over 700+ bales milled had to be organized to make the baling process easier. Fun was also involved!
Long hours were spent tabbing each bale and placing them into their proper strip.

We did it! As of May 2nd, 2012, FY-Langes received 125% funding from kickstarter.com. That totals an amazing $5000.00 that will go towards our final construction. Woohoo!
For the past two weeks, we’ve been milling our final bale sets for the May 12th End Of Year Show. The plan now? Finish milling our 600+ bales by Monday (5/07) night and spend the rest of the week putting it all together. We’ll post pictures as the fun continues.

A huge and loving thank you to all who pledged in the last two weeks, making our minimum goal of $4000 a reality. The FY! Team is super stoked to move forward with the project and have the finished installation done by May 12th as promised.
With 12 days left to the Kickstarter campaign, our new goal is to raise enough to cover all of our costs and additional improvements, including lighting schemes and more flexibility with material costs. FY-Langes still encourages everyone to pass the word along to increase our network of supporters and friends.
